Rules & Regulations

1. No person or student will be granted admission without entering the regular application fees.

2. Without showing the identity card, no one will be allowed to enter in Eklavya Krida Sankul

3. A person who has entered the Eklavya Krida Sankul Premises should be required to use the designated material and uniform for different sports type.

4. Coaching facilities will be provided to the students through experts for all sports, for that you have to pay a coaching fee separately.

5. Admission will be valid only after registration and monthly fee is paid.

6. For admission to the sports in Eklavya Krida Sankul, the working hours will be 10:00 AM to 07:00 PM for determining information and access.

7. In Eklavya Krida Sankul Premises drinking of Alcohol, Consumption of tobacco or any other type of drugs should be prohibited.Rs 1000/- penalty will be charged if found.

8. If students wants to remain absent for a day of week, the application should be submitted to the office.

9. Paid fees for sports is not refundable of extendable.

10. The admission will be canceled if the student or person admitted in Sankul is violated.

11. Anyone other than a admitted person who has entered the Eklavya Krida Sankul will be barred. If anyone have a guest with them will have to ask for permission.

12. Sports training and practice session will be for one hour only. Leaving the department at the end of the game wil be mandatory.

13. Eklavya Krida Sankul is not responsible for lost, damage or stolen property, the player himself is responsible for theft or loss of any king of material.

14. In Eklavya Krida Sankul, the use of Plastic bags will be prohibited.

15. In order to regain admission, a pre-approval application must be submitted to office.

16. In case of loss or damage of property in Sports department, compensation will have to pay and strict action will be taken against the Player / Person.

17. Eklavya Krida Sankul Management will not be responsible for ay injuries or accidents in the area of Sankul Premises.

18. Without showing the identity card, no one will be allowed to enter in the Eklavya Krida Sankul Premises.

19. All Sports department of Eklavya Krida Sankul is under 24 hour video surveillance.

20. All Players / Persons / Members have to follow the rules defined for COVID-19 pandemic by Government of India (i.e. Wearing the Face Mask while entering in Eklavya Krida Sankul Premises, Maintain Social Distancing, Hand Cleaning etc.)
